Process your orders for DAW templates, product keys, and other Digital Goods.
Send you essential technical updates regarding your purchases.
Provide customer support, music tuition, and consultation services.

4. Data Security We do not store credit card details. All payments are handled by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

1. Services and Products Provided PhantomOnce Productions Pty Ltd provides professional audio engineering (mixing, mastering), music tuition, sound system consultation, and a variety of digital products, including DAW templates, software product keys, and other Digital Goods.

2. Digital Product License When you purchase a DAW template or Digital Good, you are granted a non-exclusive license for personal or commercial use. Redistribution, sub-licensing, or reselling of the raw digital files is strictly prohibited.

3. Equipment Procurement We act as a consultant for equipment purchases. While we provide expert advice, the manufacturer’s warranty applies to all hardware.

4. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Goods Due to the nature of digital downloads (including but not limited to DAW templates, product keys, and other Digital Goods), all sales are final. Once a download link has been delivered or accessed, we cannot offer a refund.

Technical Support: If a digital file is technically corrupt or a product key is invalid, please contact us at phantomonceproductions@gmail.com and we will provide a replacement link or a valid key.

2. Services (Mixing/Lessons) Cancellations for music lessons must be made 24 hours in advance. Audio services (mixing/mastering) are eligible for a 50% refund if work has not yet commenced.
